Rosamund Zander: En Plein Air

Held at the Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts from April 4–23, 2022, Rosamund Zander: En Plein Air brought together works from the artist’s archive in a public exhibition celebrating a lifetime of close observation and artistic practice. The project extended beyond exhibition planning to questions of legacy, access, and long-term stewardship, making philanthropic advisory an important part of the broader conversation around how the collection could continue to be shared and supported. The result was an exhibition that honored Zander’s work while creating a meaningful opportunity for a wider audience to engage with her artistic legacy.
